Greg Lussier is originally from Vancouver, BC, Canada and relocated to Maui in 1978. Having over 40 years’ experience, Greg has an extensive diverse background in the Financial Service Industry.

As a Certified Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Branch Manager, Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in multiple states, and a Licensed Insurance Agent, Greg is a wealth of knowledge. His past experience as a licensed stock broker with a Series 7 license, Registered Principal Investment Branch Manager, and a Registered Investment Advisor managing investment portfolios for clients has allowed him to help clients in many ways others can’t.

With his extensive experience and a working knowledge of the regulations and guidelines of the mortgage industry and credit reporting agencies he can assist those who want to prepare themselves for home ownership but need the guidance to understand the process and the steps needed to qualify. Greg works with a team of other licensed and experienced professionals to help clients attain their homeownership dreams.

IRENE SMITH

Irene was born and raised on Long Island NY making her way to the Hawaiian Islands in 1978. She thrives in the sales/service business and has a true passion for wanting to help others.

Irene has owned a boutique, while maintaining her career in the insurance business industry. She found her way to the Mortgage World in 2003. Taking a short break in 2008 helped her realize that helping people was her true passion.  This helped her decide that she wanted to be the person who helps put the smile on her clients face when they get the key to their home or being able to use their equity to take that long awaited trip or help their children get married!!!

In her downtime she loves traveling, working out at the gym and just enjoying friends and family.

EMELINE “ROSE” LALIN

Rose was born and raised on the Island of Kauai, also known as “The Garden Island”.

After hurricane Iniki in 1993 Rose decided to pursue the financial field of life insurance & mortgage loan origination. Originally obtaining her a degree in Interior, Architect Designs she found herself back in this field of work in 2010. In the year of 2022 Rose found herself diving back into the Financial Industry expanding her list services she can offer her clients.

When Rose is not designing, decocting or assisting clints with their financial mortgage lending needs she enjoys being a wife and mother of 5 Young men, and three grandchildren. You may also find her enjoying Gym time & weight training. She has competed in Natural Body Building events in 2012 -2015 and have placed First Place in her age bracket in several shows.

Rose is excited to be back in the real estate industry and is excited to provide top notch service.

AMBER LUM

Amber has 10+ years in the Mortgage industry. Starting her Mortgage career back in 2004 in a variety of positions, working her way up from set-up to top producing

Account Manager. She has been processing under Greg Lussier since 2017 growing her wealth of knowledge processing a wide range of loan types, including FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and 203K.

Amber was born and raised in Southern California eventually settling in Maui in 2007. where she met and fell in love with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and three children.
